Cancellation Policies:

We have a moderate cancellation policy to protect our business and strongly advise on travel insurance.

  • 100% refund up to 7 days prior to check in.
  • 50% refund up to 3 days prior to check in.
  • No refunds for cancellations less than 3 days before check in.
  • If we can re-book your room, we will contact you and offer an 80% refund.
 

Rules & Terms:

Number of guests
This will be determined in accordance with the booking confirmation. If the number of guests exceeds the booking confirmation then we reserve the right to either evict you from the cabin or charge the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Sauna rules                                                                                                                                                     Guest are solely responsible for their own safety with the use of the  sauna.  Guests are responsible to follow the sauna guidelines, rules, and recommendations instructed inside of the sauna. Children under the age of 16 years old are not permitted.  It is recommended to shower before and after use.  If you are pregnant, or have health conditions/concerns, a physician should be consulted prior to using the sauna.  Guests agree to pay not less than $250 cleaning fee if sauna is not properly used, and any issues that are found at guests departure.  

Dishwasher
When checking out please ensure all dirty dishes are placed carefully in the dishwasher.

Firepit
Please be responsible when using the firepit and follow the laws of NSW.  When finished using the firepit please put out the fire with water.  Note:  we provide one bag of firewood for our guests.  It is located under the BBQ in the patio.  

Garbage
When checking out please ensure all garbage is placed in the outside black bin.  It’s located next to the large outdoor water tank near the property line. 

Excessive dirtiness 
We each have our unique personalities and lifestyles, and this holds true for our perspectives on cleanliness as well. Since we want to ensure your continued enjoyment of this property, we have taken great care to make it pleasant for you. Therefore, we kindly request that during your stay, you make an effort to avoid excessive dirtiness, allowing us to preserve the property in its pristine condition.

Parties and events policy
Guests are permitted to have small events at Divine Pine Hideaway without prior approval.  Note:  Parking must stay clear of main driveway. 

Behaviour and noise
We do have neighbours. Please respect our neighbours and other guests and keep noise to a minimum. Unreasonable noise will not be tolerated after 10.00 pm. We reserve the right to request people who are making too much noise at any time of the day or night to leave and no refunds will be applicable. Our security company or police may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour. Any charges incurred by the security company or police will be charged to your booking.

Departure
On departure, the doors are to be locked with the key left in lock box, or as instructed. All lights, BBQ gas, fans and air-conditioners to be turned off. Non-compliance may result in additional charges. No refunds will be given on early departure and any outstanding balance will be deducted from the credit card provided.

Additional charges
Management reserves the right to charge in addition to the security deposit, for the following, but not restricted to, damages and breakages, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning including unwashed dishes, smoking inside, and marks on soft furnishings that require dry cleaning and unpaid expenses. Any additional charges will automatically be charged to the credit card provided for the booking.

Lost key policy
Management reserves the right to charge for keys that are lost or not left in your Cabin on departure.  Charges will automatically be charged to the credit card provided for the booking.

Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking inside. Any traces of residual smoke inside will incur an additional cleaning charge. Any additional costs of dry-cleaning of soft furnishings may be added as deemed necessary by management.

Pets
For the safety of our animals, local wildlife and the upkeep of our houses, we do not permit guests to bring their pets to Divine Pine Hideaway.

Personal property
The owners are not responsible for the protection or security of any personal property of any guest and guests should at all times have their own insurance cover available to meet claims for lost or damaged property as may occur.

Rates
All rates quoted on this site are subject to availability. All rates are inclusive of GST and quoted in Australian dollars. By using the rates quoted on this site you agree with and abide by these Terms and Conditions.  Rates may increase without notice due to any changes in or the imposition of government charges taxes or levies. Guests will be notified where possible of any increases.

Trading terms
Divine Pine Hideaway Blue Mountains reserves the right to release any or all room space if payment terms are not met.

Force Majeure
Divine Pine Hideaway Blue Mountains will not be in breach of this agreement, or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, flood, riot, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strike, lockout or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Divine Pine Hideaway..

Privacy policy
Divine Pine Hideaway Blue Mountains is subject to the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. We will generally collect personal information about you directly from you when you deal with us over the telephone or by letter or email. Normally, the type of personal information collected by us will include your name, address, telephone number and email address. We may use your personal information for some or all of the following purposes: To provide marketing information to you about our products and services. To monitor the standard and quality of service we provide to you or other guests. If you do not wish to receive these communications from us, you may unsubscribe. If you choose to send email messages to us that contain confidential, private or personal information, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law
The Law of New South Wales governs your use and occupation of the property during this reservation. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.
